Telluride continues to enjoy beautiful summer weather and it’s hard to believe that Labor Day Weekend and the Telluride Film Festival is just around the corner.
Activity in our real estate market continues to be brisk with the Town of Telluride still the hottest spot right now with 16 houses sold YTD, including one sold by our office earlier this week, and two more currently under contract.
We’ve also seen activity pick up in the Mountain Village in the last month with two houses and seven condominiums, including two See Forever Village units, contracting since our last newsletter. This makes for a total of 18 condos currently under contract in the Village, including six Peaks Hotel units and our Bear Creek Lodge 209 which is scheduled to close today.
